About the venue
Òran Mór in Glasgow is a multi-purpose space that combines a theatre, restaurant and live music venue under one roof. The building began life in 1862 as Kelvinside Parish Church, which it remained until 1978, when it was no longer needed. After being deconsecrated, it reopened in 2004 as an entertainment venue, giving a former place of worship a new role.
