Johnny Marr

Johnny Marr is the guitarist whose playing and songwriting helped define the Smiths, the band he co-wrote for between 1982 and 1987. Born in England and Irish by heritage, he has never stayed still since, lending his talents to a string of other groups before building a solo career under his own name.
